Black Girls in Property Programme Application 2026

The Land Collective is proud to announce our summer programme for Black girls in London is back for a fourth year! 
This programme is completely free of charge to participate in and will take place from Monday 3rd August to Friday 7th August 2026.
The Land Collective is an award-winning, youth-focused organisation that encourages engagement in the property and built environment sector through showcasing career opportunities, providing educational resources about the sector, delivering employability programmes and placing diverse young talent into early career opportunities such as apprenticeships, internships, work placements and graduate schemes.
Places on the programme will be offered to girls who meet ALL of the following core criteria: 
- Identify as someone from Black or Mixed Black heritage.
- Be in College or Sixth Form (Year 12/13)
- Be living in London.
- Attended a state funded, non-fee paying school or a fee-paying school on a means tested scholarship.
- Have not participated in the programme before.
The following criteria is optional:
- Have no immediate family working in the property sector.
- Have been eligible to receive Free School Meals while at secondary school.
- Have been looked after or in care.
