What you will do

As a part of our founding team, you will be working closely with the clients, the developers, and the founders for maximizing success for our B2B clients.
• Work directly with clients to understand how to deploy context-aware agentic AI systems that solve real problems.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and functional AI-powered workflows for dev team to pick up on.
• Understand pain points, and read between the lines, not just . • Manage roadmap of the fulfilment team. • Minimize customer churn and improve retention, then build pipelines for referrals and upselling.
• Manage client expectations well, and ensure timely delivery.
• Bridge product + sales, bringing client feedback straight into better product design.
