In consideration of being allowed to participate, I, on behalf of the participant and our family, release and hold harmless The Bridge, its directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, and any associated facilities from any and all claims for injury, illness, or loss arising from participation, except where prohibited by law. I affirm the participant is physically able to participate and will follow all instructions and safety guidelines.
