Note that this doesn't necessarily need to be a character you'll pitch for this campaign, but bonus points if it's one of your three.
Select any piece of lore from the campaign web site. Propose an extension to it in a way that makes it more interesting to you. You might consider the "yes, and..." approach to this, or anything else, really.
