I confirm that my submission is my own original work, has not been previously published or awarded, and that I am the sole author.
My poem is inspired by one of the six featured photographs and is submitted in English or French.
I understand that poems generated wholly or substantially by artificial intelligence are not eligible.
AI may only be used for spelling or grammar assistance.I understand that the €5 entry fee is non-refundable.
I retain the copyright to my poem. By entering, I grant Mimosaa a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce, and promote my submission in connection with the competition, including on the Mimosaa website, social media, newsletters, and future promotional materials, with appropriate credit.
I understand that the winning poem will receive a prize of €100 and that the judges' and/or public voting results are final.
I understand that Mimosaa reserves the right to remove fraudulent or duplicate votes and to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.
I understand that Mimosaa is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete submissions, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation.
I consent to Mimosaa using my personal information solely for the administration of the competition and related communications, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
