I, , grant permission for W2D1 Media Pty Ltd ABN 59 643 564 050 (The Network) and its related licensees (Investment Thesis) to use digital, sound, video, and written recordings and/or still photographs of me (Recordings) taken with my knowledge and consent.
I acknowledge and agree that:

1. The Recordings in which I appear are given voluntarily and that I am not entitled to any form of compensation or benefits.
2. I grant The Network the irrevocable, exclusive and unconditional right to use, publish, display or alter the Recordings at The Network's sole discretion. This includes the right to create derivative works and to promote the podcast using my name, likeness, and voice.
3. Some or all of the Recordings may be used in any format and media, worldwide and in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, podcasts, audio and video recordings, internal and external marketing and promotional materials, posters, reports, presentations, on company-owned or third party websites and on social media.
4. I am aware that any information I provide during my participation in the Recordings, including information that may identify others, may be published by The Network in accordance with this Consent Form.
5. Any copyright and any other intellectual property in the Recordings remain at all times with The Network.
6. I have not, and will not, disclose any information in the Recordings that is confidential in nature.
7. My participation in the Recordings, and any information I disclose during my participation in the Recordings, does not breach any law or third party rights, nor cause The Network to breach the same.
8. I will not institute, maintain or support any claims against The Network for infringement of any moral rights in the Recordings.
9. If I provide a story or testimonial, I agree that it is to the best of my knowledge, true, factual and not misleading.
10. If I participate on behalf of a company, I confirm that I have the authority to speak on behalf of the stated company, and have the company's permission to appear in the Recordings as its representative.
11. I agree to promote the podcast episode across my social media channels (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram or Facebook) within fourteen (14) days of the episode's release.
I hereby release and discharge The Network and its agents, representatives, licensees and assignees from all claims and demands arising out of, or in connection with the use of the Recordings, and the use of my image and likeness, including all claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity and defamation.
I agree to not appear as a guest on any other podcast, audio or video interview, or similar recorded media format for a period of 14 days (2 weeks) following the recording date of my appearance on Investment Thesis. This restriction is in place to maintain the originality and value of the content produced. Exceptions may be granted in writing by The Network.
This Consent Form constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, statements and understandings, whether verbal or in writing.
