Interest Survey: Hands-on Sheep Butchery

I am gauging interest for a Private Sheep Butchery: A Hands-on Workshop in early November - a more immersive experience. The class size would be limited to a smaller group than my more casual "family day" classes. (Kids will still be welcome for the private class. Definitely plan for a longer day - more detail in breaking down the carcass, learning to cook/use what's harvested, hands-on practice from dispatch to packaging. Offal lunch in the middle. Nose-to-tail in the literal sense.
