Resilient Runners Workshop

This workshop is for runners who want to feel stronger, more robust and learn how to improve their running technique to become faster and reduce risk of injury.

Over 90 minutes, you’ll get: • A group movement and running assessment • Clear benchmarks for what “good” looks like for your body • Simple exercises that support running (no guessing) • Practical advice for managing common running injuries • Take-home video resources so you know exactly how to train

This isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing the right things for you.

Limited to 6 runners so everyone gets individual feedback.
