Exclusivity Any talent introduced to you through Content Jungle must be engaged through Content Jungle for the duration of your working relationship. You agree not to contact, hire, or pay that talent directly, or otherwise circumvent the platform, for this or any future project.

Payment & Escrow Once you confirm a hire, the agreed budget is paid upfront and held in escrow by Content Jungle. Funds are only released to the talent once you've reviewed and approved the delivered work.
