This Staff Complaints form allows members of the AvalonCS community to formally report concerns regarding the conduct, decisions or actions of a member of our staff team.

AvalonCS staff members are expected to use their permissions responsibly, treat community members fairly and respectfully, and follow the same rules and standards they are responsible for enforcing.

You may submit a Staff Complaint if you believe that a staff member has abused their position, acted inappropriately, treated you or another player unfairly, misused staff permissions, failed to follow staff procedures, or otherwise behaved in a way that should be reviewed by AvalonCS management.

Submitting a complaint does not mean that the staff member is automatically considered responsible for misconduct. Every complaint will be reviewed objectively based on the information available, relevant server records, applicable rules and any evidence provided. Staff Complaints are handled as confidentially as reasonably possible and are reviewed only by personnel authorized to investigate staff conduct.

This form is exclusively for complaints concerning AvalonCS staff members.
