Kokotte is an incubator of hub.brussels that allows entrepreneurs to
test their restaurant project for 5 months, with lower risk, lower cost, and in real conditions. This unique concept in Europe meets the need for aspiring restaurateurs to face the reality of the field before a permanent opening.
This test phase is supplemented by personalised support, including individual coaching in marketing and communication, retail design, monitoring and analysis of a financial plan, professional kitchen and restaurant management, food hygiene and safety, and implementation and monitoring of a Good Food strategy. In addition, free group training courses are offered to help potential entrepreneurs refine their project and acquire the skills they need to open their store in the long term.
