Conditions de participation

You have (or are ready to request) a business number and an establishment unit;

You can provide a clean police record (if your project is selected);

You’re sufficiently fluent in French and/or Dutch to run a shop in Brussels;

You propose products or services, within the scope of this application, that respect a fair pricing policy, i.e. prices that are adapted to the product and that suit the producer and the final customer;

You use sustainable food products based on the Good Food strategy*: fresh and seasonal products, preferably organic, mostly local, vegetarian options, combating food waste, etc.;

You intend to open a permanent restaurant in the Brussels-Capital Region;

You cook yourself or are already working with a chef.
