• You are an independent contractor and not an employee of Lawn Lemur. • You are responsible for your own equipment, transportation, and safety. • You assume all risks associated with lawn care work. • You are responsible for any property damage or injury that occurs while performing services. • Lawn Lemur connects customers and service providers but does not supervise or control how work is performed. • You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes. If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, Lawn Lemur may issue a Form 1099-NEC for tax reporting purposes. • Lawn Lemur reserves the right to remove service providers from the platform at its discretion.
