đź“Ś Photo instructions: Take the photo with your phone or ask someone to photograph you:
1. Stand in front of a plain white wall with no shadows behind you.
2. Remove your glasses and look directly at the camera with a natural expression and both eyes open.
3. Use a recent, clear, color photo framed from mid-chest to the top of the head, leaving space around the head and shoulders.
4. Upload the original photo as captured—no beauty filters, retouching, face or background edits, or added elements. We will review it and help prepare it under the official DV instructions in effect when registration opens; we cannot guarantee official acceptance.
