Community policy
Plumbum is a space for all people to create, connect, and grow. Any conduct that marginalizes others — including politics, speech, or behavior targeting people based on race, sexuality, gender status, caste, religion, nationality, disability, or background — will result in immediate removal from the cohort and a permanent ban from all Plumbum events.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or exclusionary conduct of any kind is not permitted — online or in-person.
Founding member benefit.
Your $50 founding membership entitles you to 50% off all paid events and subscriptions for as long as your membership is in good standing.
Removal.
Plumbum reserves the right to remove any member who violates this policy. Membership fees are non-refundable upon removal for conduct violation.
