I understand that I am participating in a model call and that a complimentary or discounted service is provided in exchange for photography, videography, and portfolio content.

I consent to Alviée capturing photographs, videos, before-and-after images, close-up detail shots, behind-the-scenes content, and, where I choose to participate, short testimonials during my appointment.

I understand that this content may be used on Alviée's website, social media channels, booking pages, portfolio, WhatsApp Business, printed or digital marketing materials, paid advertisements, and educational or training materials.

I understand that my photos and videos may be professionally edited, including cropping, color grading, exposure & lighting adjustments, retouching, sharpening, resizing, adding text or graphics, combining clips, or blurring backgrounds to match the Alviée brand style.

I understand that Alviée will use my photographs and videos respectfully and professionally. My content will not be intentionally edited or used in a way that is misleading, defamatory, degrading, or likely to bring me into disrepute.

I understand that the permission granted under this agreement is intended to be ongoing and that Alviée may continue using my photographs and videos indefinitely for the purposes described in this form. If I later request that Alviée stop using my content, Alviée will consider the request in good faith; however, content that has already been published, printed, distributed, archived, incorporated into marketing materials, or shared on third-party platforms may not be capable of being removed or recalled.

I understand that my personal information, including my name, phone number, Instagram handle, photographs, and videos, will be used only for booking, identification, record-keeping, and content publication related to my participation.

I understand that my participation in this model call constitutes the agreed consideration for this release and that I will not receive additional payment, royalties, ownership rights, or approval rights over the final content unless agreed otherwise in writing before the session.

I confirm that I will arrive on time, prepared for my appointment as instructed (for example, with clean lashes, brows, or skin where applicable), disclose any relevant allergies or sensitivities, and follow the aftercare advice provided.

I understand that arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in my model appointment being rescheduled or cancelled.

I understand that content published online may be viewed, shared, commented on, or redistributed by members of the public, and that Alviée cannot control how third parties interact with publicly available content.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally able to provide this consent.
