coordinator@cherrywoodcenter.com Cherrywood Center has two main event spaces, connected by an shared entrance lobby area. Cherrywood Hall, the larger sanctuary, can host up to 250 people. The smaller Community Room is a better fit for gatherings of 50 - 100 attendees. There is a small kitchen and we have 4 single-use all gender bathrooms available.
GENERAL RATES: $200/hr for Cherrywood Hall and $100/hr for Community Room + flat cleaning fee for any event that includes food/beverages or has >50 attendees. Hourly and Day rates available.
PARKING: Our parking lot is on the southwest side of the building, accessed via the one-way drive (enter via 38th 1/2 St). Capacity ~25 cars. There is usually ample neighborhood street parking, especially on evenings and weekends. Watch for bus stops and bike lanes.
AUDIO / VISUAL EQUIPMENT: There is a house sound system and visual projection equipment available to use in each hall, upon request. There is no house tech / sound person, but if you are in need of someone to run sound for the event, reach out to coordinator@cherrywoodcenter.com
ALCOHOL: Yes, it is allowed, but you must provide it and itt must be served by TABC certified individuals. It may not be sold. No shots.
FOOD: Yes, but you must provide it. The kitchen is not equipped for proper commercial prep.
