Right now we are shipping around 1,000 orders to backers in 30+ countries and raising the next round.
The role: you work side by side with the founders, Kuba (CEO) and Hubert (COO). You take over the monthly close and reporting, investor updates, grant documentation, backer and partner communication, and you build AI-powered processes that don't exist yet. You see the whole company, not a narrow slice.
Who we're looking for: 0-2 years of experience (final-year students and fresh grads welcome). You can build a budget in a spreadsheet, write well in Polish and English (C1+), and use AI with your own head. You come back with options and a recommendation, not a question.
Terms: 6-8k PLN/month (B2B or umowa zlecenie), more for exceptional candidates. Equity included (ESOP). Hybrid in Warsaw, Żoliborz, at least 3 days a week in the office. Min. 3/5 FTE, full-time preferred, flexible hours that work with studies.
Process: short screening call with Tomek, 30 min with Hubert, a case study task, then a final conversation with both founders. Decision within a week.
