Too much contradictory information, I don't know what actually works and whats cope

I start strong then lose motivation, the yo-yo cycle keeps winning

I've been in communities that made me feel worse not better, I need something serious

A real community of men on the same path, not a toxic forum, not a dead Discord

A structured protocol with someone credible actually tracking my progress

Direct access to someone who's actually done it, not another faceless course

I am done with it, and I want to change it all
