Thank you for giving your students the opportunity to make their voices heard.

Use this form to electronically submit letters from students who have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Every Student Deserves the Arts campaign.

Whenever possible, please combine participating student letters into one PDF before uploading. If that isn't practical, multiple PDF, DOC, or DOCX files may also be submitted.

Once received, Every Student Deserves the Arts will coordinate printing and individual mailing of participating student letters to appropriate Indiana policymakers at no cost to your school.

These safeguards help ensure that student participation is voluntary, student privacy is protected, and the letters received by Every Student Deserves the Arts represent students' authentic perspectives.

Voluntary Submission

I confirm that the submitted letters are from students who voluntarily chose to have their letters submitted to the Every Student Deserves the Arts campaign and sent to Indiana policymakers.

Authentic Student Voice

I confirm that students were encouraged to express their own experiences and opinions and were not required to support the position of the Every Student Deserves the Arts campaign in order to participate in the classroom writing activity.

I confirm that the submitted letters do not contain student home addresses, personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, birthdates, or other unnecessary personal information.

Student letters should include the student's first and last name, grade, school, and city/town, Indiana. No additional personal contact information is necessary.

Whenever possible, combine all participating student letters into one PDF. This is the preferred submission format and makes processing your students' letters much easier.

If combining letters into a single PDF is not practical, you may upload multiple files instead. PDF, DOC, and DOCX files are accepted.

Please double-check that each student letter includes the student's first and last name, grade, school, and city/town, Indiana.

Do not include student home addresses, personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, birthdates, or other unnecessary personal information.

Every Student Deserves the Arts will use the submitted letters for the purpose of delivering participating students' messages to appropriate Indiana policymakers.

Student letters will not be edited or altered.

Electronic submissions will be accessible only to individuals authorized to coordinate the campaign's letter-processing and mailing efforts.

Student letters, student names, and excerpts from student letters will not be published on the campaign website, social media, promotional materials, or other public platforms without separate permission.

Every Student Deserves the Arts will print and individually mail participating student letters at no cost to the submitting teacher or school.
