In this role, you will work closely with customers to:
1. Support onboarding and daily usage
2. Respond to customer queries and requests
3. Follow up consistently to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues
This role requires strong communication, ownership, and discipline in follow-ups.

1. Communicating with customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings
2. Helping customers with onboarding and product usage
3. Tracking and following up on support requests
4. Coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution
5. Maintaining clear records of customer interactions
6. Proactively checking in with customers
