You’ve done onboarding, client success, or implementation before, ideally in a fast-paced environment
You’re good at explaining things clearly (even when they’re messy or complex)
You’re organised and don’t drop the ball
You’re comfortable working with different teams and chasing things when needed
You’re proactive: if something is stuck, you fix it
You can handle multiple clients without losing control
You must speak and write excellent English (this is a client-facing role)
You must be based in HK, LATAM, ASIA or EU
Nice to haveE-commerce / logistics experience
Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, GHL, CRMs
Experience creating onboarding flows, docs, or training materials
Exposure to integrations or system setups
