We Create Tech loves sharing what our students create. This form lets you choose exactly how photos, video, student work, and stories from WCT programs may be used.
Giving permission is voluntary and never affects participation in any WCT program. You can change or withdraw permission at any time by emailing hello@wecreatetech.org. This release follows Section 8 (Media, Photography and Consent) of the WCT Safeguarding Policy.
Check every use you agree to. Leave any box unchecked to say no to that use. If you do not want any media use, choose the last option.
Our commitments:
WCT will not publish a minor's full name, school, or contact information. WCT does not sell images or student work. This permission lasts until you withdraw it. Withdrawing stops future use, but WCT cannot recall materials already printed or published. Participants 18 or older sign for themselves; a parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18.
