About This Survey, How Your Data Is Used, and Consent
We're designing 生活技能培訓計畫 (the Life Skills Training Programme), a coming-of-age training programme for younger students. The programme includes:

This survey hopes to capture the college application journey you've been through, your academic and everyday life abroad, and the most honest lessons you've picked up along the way.
Your answers will be used to:
1. Refine SAIL Academy course content;
2. Analyze the common needs younger students have around applications, pre-departure preparation, and independent living;
3. Compile alumni experiences and the questions younger students ask most often;
4. Create anonymous or named course materials and public sharing content, only after obtaining your individual authorization;
5. Invite willing alumni to take part in sharing sessions, interviews, or alumni events.
How to answer:
・The survey automatically shows the questions that fit your current status.
・Most questions are multiple choice, with a small number of short written answers.
・For the growth reflection section, choose two prompts to answer.
・For the questions from younger students, complete two core answers first; you're welcome to answer more.
・Some follow-up questions are optional — answer only what you're comfortable sharing.
・You never need to disclose private information you'd rather keep to yourself.
・Your answers are not tied to grades, admission outcomes, or any school assessment.
Personal Data and Confidentiality
This survey may collect your graduation year, the university you attend or have been admitted to, your field of study, the country/region you're in or heading to, your written responses, and — only if you choose to provide them — your name, email, time zone, and whether you'd like to be contacted.
Because a combination of background details could still indirectly identify an individual, this survey follows a "confidential handling and de-identified analysis" approach and does not claim to be fully anonymous.
Unless you explicitly authorize it on the final page, SAIL will not publish your name, contact information, or any answer that could identify you. Raw responses can only be accessed by personnel authorized by the school or the survey's administering team.
This survey uses Tally as its form service. Before the official launch, the administering team must fill in the data processing regions and the related notices.
