We are building a cross-sector learning community that empowers neighbourhood teams to deliver preventive, relational, tech-enabled healthcare that improves outcomes and reduces inequalities.

Our focus is practical, human, and grounded in real neighbourhood experience.

Inside the community, we will:

- Solve real world neighbourhood health challenges with peers and experts

- Offer practical advice, tools and support for navigating complex local systems

- Create a safe, relational space to share concerns, problems and ideas

- Upskill and support those working in neighbourhood health and care

- Foster collaboration through shared learning, testing, reflection and iteration

- Help members navigate ICB population health commissioning, NHS approvals, funding routes, and acute pathway integration
