Organizer Teams Available:

Design and Media:

Creates designs for CodeQuantum and handles our social media pages. This team is great if you love to create designs or explore media production. You'll work on visual content, promotional materials, and branding, while ensuring our social platforms stay dynamic and engaging. Recommended skills include Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and familiarity with video editing software

Tech:

Creates and manages CodeQuantum’s website. This team is prefect for those who like to develop websites (frontend and/or backend). It is highly recommended to have design skills, especially if you have experience with UI/UX design, Photoshop, or any design software. Required skills include basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React (HUGE PLUS), Github and basic knowledge of git commands (i.e. push, pull, pull requests)

Public Relations/Outreach:

helps CodeQuantum find and maintain good relationships with industry sponsors and are their main liaison with CodeQuantum. This team is perfect for those who are (or want to be) pros at networking. Required skills include time management and professionalism.
Reaches out to professors and increases CodeQuantum’s campus presence by tabling and spreading the word about CodeQuantum around campus. This team also collaborates with other hackathons and UTSA student organizations.

Logistics:

makes sure that CodeQuantum runs smoothly by purchasing swag, gathering food, and everything in between. This team is great for those who are good at staying organized and want to be involved with all aspects of planning a large hackathon. Required skills include time management and organization.
Plans the side events, from the speeches by empowering women to technical workshops and fun games. This team also plans the décor and creates the hacker experience guide.
