This form is for UPCOMING releases WITH PHOTO SUBMISSION & Cypriot artists only. Our definition of Cypriot artist is: currently living on the island of Cyprus or has heritage from the island of Cyprus. Bands/group members need to adhere to 50% or more of these criteria.
Lying in the submission will make it INVALID.
