Lobb runs on backend systems that quietly do the right thing under load. APIs that don’t lie,
workflows that don’t lose data, jobs that retry without duplicating. If you care about what
happens to your code at 2am when nobody’s watching, you’ll feel at home here.
This form takes about 8–10 minutes. We read every response. If a question feels lazy when you answer it, rewrite it, we're hiring people who push back on low-signal prompts.
A note on AI-written answers: Two humans read every application here and we can tell. * We're not interested in essays that sound polished but say nothing. * Short, specific, in your own voice beats long, clean, generic every time. * Answers that read as LLM output go straight to the reject pile, with no reply. * If you use AI to check grammar or tighten structure, it's fine.
