📌 予約時間について / About Reservation Time
予約時間は機材を使った制作時間としてご案内しています。
素材やインク選びに時間がかかると、制作時間が短くなってしまうことも。
来店前にお使いになる素材やデザインをできるだけ決めてきていただけると
スムーズに制作をスタートできます！
Your reservation time covers machine operation only. Time spent choosing materials or inks will reduce your available production time. We recommend deciding on your materials and design before your visit!
📌 持ち込み素材について / Bringing Your Own Materials
ボディや素材の持ち込みも大歓迎です。
ただし、素材の特性によっては加工不良・色移り・縮みなどが
生じる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
You are welcome to bring your own garments or materials. Please note that depending on the material, issues such as poor adhesion, color transfer, or shrinkage may occur.
📌 予約確定までの流れ / How to Confirm Your Reservation
① このフォームを送信 / Submit this form
② スタッフが内容を確認してメールをお送りします / Our staff will review your request and contact you by email
③ 返信メールの内容をご確認いただいて予約確定となります / Your reservation is confirmed once you receive our reply
※返信は営業時間内（12:00〜19:00）に対応しております。混雑状況によってはご返信が遅れる場合がございます。
※We respond during business hours (12:00–19:00). Please note that responses may be delayed during busy periods.
📌 キャンセル・遅刻について/ Cancellations & Late Arrivals
予約時間に遅れる場合はご連絡ください。
無断キャンセル・無断遅刻が続く場合は
今後の予約をお断りする場合がございます。
Please contact us if you will be late for your reservation. Repeated no-shows or late arrivals without notice may result in future reservations being declined.
