Visual Narratives Studio is looking for a highly organized and proactive Content Manager to help manage content operations for creators and brands across multiple platforms.
This role is office-based, ideal for someone who understands social media, content workflows, internet culture, and enjoys being deeply involved in creative projects from strategy to publishing.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day content operations for creators and brands
Coordinate with editors and creative team members
Review and organize content before publishing
Schedule and publish content across platforms
Content planning and strategy
Track deadlines and ensure content is delivered on time
Maintain organized workflows and content systems
Monitor platform performance and identify growth opportunities
Support overall project management across ongoing content campaigns
Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Excellent organization and communication skills
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of content trends and online storytelling
Attention to detail
Fluent English
Previous experience in content management, social media, marketing, or related fields is a plus
Bonus Skills
Experience working with creators or personal brands
Understanding of YouTube strategy and short-form content
Knowledge of video editing workflows
Experience with tools like Clickup, Frame, AI tools.
