Many companies are now integrating AI tools into different parts of their work. This is already changing how professional growth works for individuals.
The traditional path — junior → specialist → expert → manager — is starting to break down. Companies are increasingly looking for more experienced people who already know how to work with AI and can effectively replace an entire small team. In the short term, this helps optimize costs — but in the long run, it creates a trap: where will experienced professionals come from if entry-level roles are no longer needed?
We want to understand what is actually happening inside organizations: what is changing from within, and what challenges people are facing right now.
This is a short and fully anonymous survey (7–10 minutes), and we’re looking for honest, real answers. We’d also appreciate it if you shared it with your friends, colleagues, or network. We’ll be happy to share the results once we reach 100+ responses.
We (Artem Rodichev and Adel Shadrina) are exploring several ideas on how to support people through this transition — and how to help companies avoid “throwing the baby out with the bathwater.”
If this topic resonates with you, we’d be glad to invite you among the first to see and test these ideas later on.
