Terranima is a regenerative agriculture and education project based in Badolato, Calabria (Southern Italy). Our work focuses on regenerating soils, ecosystems, food systems, and human relationships with the land. We work with nature, not against it, combining practical action, knowledge, and long-term vision.
We are currently looking for a family or young couple who shares our values and feels called to build a long-term project in Terranima. This is not a temporary volunteering opportunity, but an invitation to settle, grow roots, and co-create a shared future.
There is currently space available within the Terranima project for people who wish to move in and become part of its daily life. The living space is offered rent-free, while basic living expenses (utilities and daily costs) are covered by the people living on the land. As part of our work as consultants sometimes requires travel and time away from Terranima, we are looking for people who would feel happy caring for and supporting the project during those times.
This form exists to help us get to know each other better — your values, motivations, skills, and vision of life. There are no right or wrong answers. Honesty and depth are far more important than “perfect” profiles.
