We are looking for a Short-Form Content Creator who understands the art of the "hook." We need someone with a true viral sense—you know exactly how to grab attention in the first 1 seconds and keep people watching.

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Create Content Daily: Produce engaging video content for TikTok Shop and custom creative assets for Paid Meta Ads on a daily basis. ✅ High-Speed Execution: We move superfast (faster than standard Korean companies). You must be adaptable, quick on your feet, and ready to execute. ✅ Team Collaboration: Work in a fully English-speaking environment.

Qualifications ✔️ Attention Master: You understand the psychology of "viral" and can replicate it.
✔️ No "NPCs": You need a real personality. If you’re afraid to be controversial or funny, don't apply.
✔️ Coachable: You have a strong work ethic and can put your ego aside to focus on performance data.

Work Conditions:

➡️ Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Monthly Contract). ➡️ Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week. ➡️ Location: Must commute to our office in Itaewon (In-house work is required).

Compensation & Incentives:

💸 Base Pay: 11,000 KRW per hour. 🔥 Performance Incentives: Uncapped earning potential based on content performance. 🔥 Real Earning Potential: In the past year, our top-performing creators have earned up to 15,000,000 KRW in a single month combining base pay and incentives.
