Sales & Outreach Specialist - Remote (Addis Ababa)

We are looking for Sales & Outreach Specialists to handle DMs, emails, and contact with clients for our brands. This is a 100% remote work position with a Base Salary significantly higher than the Addis average, plus Uncapped Commission.

The Process: We start with a brief 30-day Trial Period to ensure our working styles align. Even if we pay you 2-3x your base salary, we expect you to be a high achiever. Once we are satisfied with your performance and output during the trial, you’ll move into a permanent, well-compensated role with the team.

Who we are looking for:

Age: 17–26 years old.

Mindset: You are hungry, willing to put in the hours, and eager to develop.

Language: Excellent English (Read/Write/Speak). Arabic is a huge plus.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or outreach is required.

Based in Sweden 🇸🇪 with a rapidly expanding international client base, we are a creative powerhouse. We are currently growing our presence in Ethiopia 🇪🇹 and will soon be opening a dedicated office in Addis Ababa.
