Start with one visible point of friction.

Choose one moment that has happened before, keeps returning, or feels heavier than it should. You do not need to understand the deeper pattern yet. Pattern Atlas will use your answers to create a reflective map of what may surround that moment: what was already building, what role you may get pulled into, what your response protects, what it may cost later, and what may be easier to notice earlier.

Pattern Atlas is in beta. Reports may be manually reviewed before sending, so delivery may not be immediate.

Your responses may be reviewed by the person operating Pattern Atlas and processed with software and AI tools, including Tally, Google Sheets, email, and Google/Gemini, to generate your report and improve the beta.

Please use roles rather than names. For example: “my partner,” “my child,” “my manager,” “a friend,” “a family member,” “a team,” or “the system.” Do not include names, employers, schools, addresses, legal details, medical-record details, crisis details, or highly identifying information.
