30Days GLOCAL CHANGE Program | Needs Survey for Participants

Spend 30 days living in a local community, working with companies across Japan, and transforming your career through practical experience.

Odol LLC is planning the 30Days GLOCAL CHANGE Program, offering 30 days of paid work experience to international students and other eligible foreign residents in Japan to help advance their careers.

The program has two routes:

LOCAL FIELD Program:
Live in a local community (Shonan or Okinawa) and work in fields like food service, accommodation, or tourism.

REMOTE CAREER Program:
Work remotely from your current location on tasks like global user research, multilingual social media management, and e-commerce/web improvements for companies across Japan.

Participants and host companies will contract directly, and companies will pay the salary. Participants in the LOCAL FIELD Program are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.

This form is a preliminary needs survey. Your response does not constitute an application, contract, hiring, job offer, or financial obligation. Work eligibility depends on your residence status and permission to engage in activities other than those permitted under the status of residence; this must be confirmed individually before participating.

The planned program fee is 29,800 JPY for the first 30 days, and 9,800 JPY/month for any continuation. Your salary will be paid separately by the host company. Official prices are subject to change.
