About the Role We're seeking a GTM Engineer to join our team as a strategic builder and technical architect. You'll design and implement sophisticated revenue automation systems for our clients while supporting our coaching program. This role combines strategic thinking, technical execution, and direct client interaction. You'll work under the strategic direction of our founder & Chief of Operations, David Emanuel Moreira, with significant autonomy to solve complex GTM problems and build systems that scale. What You'll Do Build and deploy advanced automation workflows using Clay, n8n, Apify, and a set of modern GTM tools. Lead client implementation calls, translating business requirements into automated solutions Support coaching program clients through complex automation challenges and system design Design revenue system architectures including data foundations, opportunity detection, and outbound engines Own projects end-to-end from discovery through deployment and optimization Collaborate with our team to continuously improve our frameworks and methodologies Meet project deadlines with full accountability for deliverables and client outcomes Required Qualifications Strategic + Technical Hybrid: You combine commercial thinking with hands-on workflow building GTM Background: Operations (Sales Ops, RevOps, Marketing Ops) or outbound experience required Technical Proficiency: Experience with Clay and n8n/make/zapier (or ability to ramp extremely quickly); Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.); API Integrations. Communication: Fluent English with strong presentation skills for VP-level client interactions Systems Thinking: You see the whole revenue machine, not just individual tasks Problem Solving: Detective mindset—you break down complex problems systematically Autonomy: Self-directed with strong accountability and deadline management Adaptability: Excited by learning new tools and evolving technology, not overwhelmed by it Preferred Qualifications SQL proficiency for data analysis and extraction Python or TypeScript experience AI/LLM prompt engineering skills Understanding of product usage data and conversion analytics Previous client-facing or consulting experience Active participation in Clay, RevOps, or GTM automation communities What Makes This Role Unique Unlike internal GTME roles, you'll build revenue systems for multiple companies across different industries.
