About AutomateRevOps
AutomateRevOps is the #1 Clay coaching program for businesses globally and a certified Clay Solutions Partner with 100+ success stories. We build AI-powered revenue automation systems for B2B companies using our proprietary Revenue Tornado Framework. Our clients are growth-stage B2B tech companies looking to build predictable, scalable revenue engines.
About the Role
We're seeking a GTM Engineer to join our team as a strategic builder and technical architect. You'll design and implement sophisticated revenue automation systems for our clients while supporting our coaching program. This role combines strategic thinking, technical execution, and direct client interaction.
You'll work under the strategic direction of our founder & Chief of Operations, David Emanuel Moreira, with significant autonomy to solve complex GTM problems and build systems that scale.
What You'll Do
Build and deploy advanced automation workflows using Clay, n8n, Apify, and a set of modern GTM tools.
Lead client implementation calls, translating business requirements into automated solutions
Support coaching program clients through complex automation challenges and system design
Design revenue system architectures including data foundations, opportunity detection, and outbound engines
Own projects end-to-end from discovery through deployment and optimization
Collaborate with our team to continuously improve our frameworks and methodologies
Meet project deadlines with full accountability for deliverables and client outcomes
Required Qualifications
Strategic + Technical Hybrid: You combine commercial thinking with hands-on workflow building
GTM Background: Operations (Sales Ops, RevOps, Marketing Ops) or outbound experience required
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Clay and n8n/make/zapier (or ability to ramp extremely quickly); Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.); API Integrations.
Communication: Fluent English with strong presentation skills for VP-level client interactions
Systems Thinking: You see the whole revenue machine, not just individual tasks
Problem Solving: Detective mindset—you break down complex problems systematically
Autonomy: Self-directed with strong accountability and deadline management
Adaptability: Excited by learning new tools and evolving technology, not overwhelmed by it
Preferred Qualifications
SQL proficiency for data analysis and extraction
Python or TypeScript experience
AI/LLM prompt engineering skills
Understanding of product usage data and conversion analytics
Previous client-facing or consulting experience
Active participation in Clay, RevOps, or GTM automation communities
What Makes This Role Unique
Unlike internal GTME roles, you'll build revenue systems for multiple companies across different industries. This provides:
Breadth of exposure to diverse GTM challenges and solutions
Rapid skill development across various use cases and tech stacks
Creative freedom to design innovative approaches
Work with founders and RevOps leaders betting on automation for growth
Our Culture & Benefits
Autonomy: Freedom to solve problems your way within strategic guardrails
Interesting Work: Genuinely complex problems that push the boundaries of automation
Growth: Exposure to cutting-edge GTM technology and methodologies
Flexibility: Remote-first with reasonable compensation
Community: Be part of the leading edge of GTM automation
Application Process
Our vetting process is practical and rigorous:
Portfolio Review: Submit your best Clay table or workflow (required)
Technical Challenge: Complete a real-world workflow assignment (we compensate for your time)
Systems Thinking Interview: Discuss how you approach complex GTM problems
Training Period: Work on internal projects to ensure mutual fit
Note: We include attention-to-detail tests in our assignments—we're looking for thoroughness and quality.
Our application process is designed to assess real GTM engineering skills. You'll need to provide:
- A Loom video of your best Clay table
- Brief description of a complex automation challenge you've solved
- Your experience with our core tech stack
Applications submitted directly through LinkedIn will not be reviewed.
Please use the form above to ensure your application is processed.
We're looking for someone who sees automation as a revenue multiplier, not just an efficiency tool. If you get energized by evolving technology and love turning ambiguous GTM problems into systematic solutions, we want to hear from you.
