Slice, Spice & Bake - Downtown - May 22nd

The Kitchen can be overwhelming, but we’re here to take you by the hand and make it fun!!


Tafaaul's Nafas and Bellies en Route's Kitchen present: Slice, Spice & Bake


A collaborative kitchen-jam where you’ll learn from our home chefs, in a fully equipped kitchen, how to drop the recipes, master the logic of cooking, and find your unique “nafas”.


This month, we will practice cooking logic on “potatoes” as our canvas! It's a صينية بطاطس kind of night!


What to expect:


- Interactive games and challenges to earn your main ingredients: Moza, Chicken, or Veggies. - We’ll learn the foundations of a perfect tray, then break the rules to create different versions based on your team's intuition. - ⁠Beyond the tray, we will work together to create three essential sides from scratch: Tomato Soup, Rice, and a Fresh Salad. - A long-table dinner where we sit and eat the meal we built together.


You will leave with:


- The ability to trust your eyes and nose instead of a measuring cup.

- ⁠A new "logic" for building meals that you can take back to your own kitchen.

- ⁠Leftovers of your creation to take home so your friends and family can taste your progress.


No cooking experience needed.

Just come ready to play and experiment in the kitchen!🤸🏻‍♀️

Location: Bellies en Route, Downtown Experience Fees: EGP 1200 / Participant

Cancellation policy: - Full refund for cancellations made 3+ days before the event.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 2 days before the event.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 days before the event.
- Registrations are date-specific. Changing to another date is considered a cancellation and follows this policy.
