Role Overview

For our brand-new CINNAMOOD store in Antwerp city center, we are looking for a responsible and reliable baker. In this role, you will be the heart of our in-store bakery—baking our signature cinnamon rolls, finishing them with varied toppings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will mostly work independently in the kitchen (as the first to arrive), while collaborating closely with a young and friendly front-of-house team of 2–3 people.

Key Responsibilities

Baking & Creative Topping: Bake our signature cinnamon rolls and finish them off with our beautiful, varied toppings.

Kitchen Hygiene: Take care of overall cleanliness, ensuring our kitchen always meets high health and safety standards.

Inventory & Ordering: Keep an eye on our supplies, manage inventory, and handle ordering so we never run out of the good stuff.

Daily Collaboration: Work together with the front-of-house team to keep our display counter looking fresh and appetizing.

An early bird spirit: Our kitchen starts at 7:00 AM! You love starting the day fresh.

Independent & organized: You will work partially on your own getting all freshly baked rolls ready for the day.

Passionate about pastry: You get genuinely excited about doughs, toppings, and creating beautiful sweets.

Cool under pressure: When the kitchen gets busy, you stay calm, focused, and positive.

An eye for detail: Ensuring every single roll looks absolutely perfect and delicious.

No experience required: Previous work in a bakery, kitchen, or cafe is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is what matters most. We will train you on everything.
