Account Information : When you register, we collect your email address and password via Supabase, our authentication provider. We do not offer Apple or Google sign-in.
Content for AI Analysis : When you request an analysis or script generation, we collect and process information you provide directly, such as your profile details, video transcripts, captions, and niche information.
Device Data : We collect information about your device, including model, operating system version, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data : We track how you interact with the Application (features used, screens viewed, buttons clicked) to improve the user experience.
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect purchase history and subscription status linked to your user ID. We do not store your payment information directly.
• Service Delivery : To authenticate your account and provide access to Velori's features.
• AI Analysis & Generation : To feed data (profile info, transcripts, metrics) into Artificial Intelligence models to generate profile analyses, scripts, content ideas, and hashtags customized for you.
• Subscription Management : To verify and manage your subscription status via RevenueCat.
• App Improvement : To analyze user behavior and fix technical issues.
To provide features like "Script Generation," "Profile Analysis," and "Idea Generation," we transmit specific user input data to third-party AI providers.
Third-Party AI Processors : We utilize services such as Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini).
Data Transmitted : Only the necessary text data (e.g., video transcripts, profile bio, past post performance text) is sent to these providers to generate the result.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted third-party service providers :
Authentication & Database : We use Supabase to manage user authentication and store your account data securely.
RevenueCat : We use RevenueCat to handle in-app purchase validation and subscription management.
Amplitude : We use Amplitude to analyze user behavior within the Application. Data is associated with your unique User ID to help us understand how users interact with Velori and improve the experience.
Legal Compliance : We may disclose your information if required by law or regulation in France or your country of residence.
Business Transfers : In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets of Saclic Studio, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
Saclic Studio is based in France. Some of our third-party service providers may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
• Account Data : Retained in Supabase as long as your account is active.
• AI History : Generated scripts and analyses are stored until you delete them or delete your account.
We take reasonable administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Authentication is handled securely via Supabase. However, no method of transmitting information over the Internet is completely secure.
As a French company subject to GDPR, we are committed to upholding your rights :

• Deletion : Request the deletion of your account and associated data.

The Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy will indicate the latest revision. Your continued use of the Application after any changes implies your acceptance of the new Policy.
