The Kiosk Project Art Space 2027 Open Call

The Kiosk Project Art Space is a multidisciplinary artist-run venue based in Drogheda.

In collaboration with the Droichead Arts Centre and its partners, The Kiosk Project Art Space supports the work of artists, collectives and community groups, accommodating collaborative and experimental exhibitions, performances, projects, residencies and artistic interventions outside of a formal gallery environment. The physical venue is confined, yet fully adaptable to suit the needs of an artist and provide an alternative platform to research, test and make in collaboration.

Key Details

Eligibility Applications are invited from individual artists, collectives and community groups with any kind of creative practice in any discipline or artform.

You may be local, national or internationally based.

Project Duration

You may apply for any creative project that runs for a maximum of 4 consecutive weeks.  

You may apply for once-off events, performances, workshops, screenings or talks.

Please note: Any project that requires a longer period of time must be agreed with The Kiosk Project Art Space in advance.

Commitment

This is an artist-run space, you must be able to provide your own invigilation where required.

You must be able to organise your own transport and removal of any work from the space.

Artist Fees and Sales

The Kiosk Project Art Space does not take commission from artist sales, 100% of sales goes directly to you.

You will receive a basic artist stipend to cover your day-to-day expenses.

Please note: we are unable to fund additional production costs such as framing, printing, fabrication etc.

Technical Support

The Kiosk Project Art Space team can provide technical advice and assist with your installation and setup.

The space provides flexible layout options to accommodate various types of installations.
