Leadership gets complicated when you're responsible for actual humans.

Maybe you've been promoted because you're great at what you do, but nobody really taught you how to manage or lead people. Maybe you're an experienced leader facing a situation you haven't encountered before. Or maybe you know something needs to change, but you're not quite sure what that change looks like.

This isn't leadership coaching built around hypothetical case studies. It's 90 days of practical, one-on-one support centered around you, your leadership, and the situations you're actually dealing with.

Because sometimes you don't need another leadership book. You need someone to say, "Okay. Tell me what happened."
This might sound familiar.

You have a conversation with an employee coming up and you've replayed it in your head about twelve times.

Someone on your team isn't performing, but you're not sure whether the issue is expectations, accountability, capability, or something else entirely.

You've inherited a team, a problem, or both.

Or maybe you're doing pretty well as a leader. You just wish you had someone outside the situation to talk through the things you can't exactly bring to your team.

Leadership can be messy. You don't have to figure out every messy part by yourself.

We start with perspective.

Before the 90 days officially begin, we'll have a 60-minute Leadership Perspective Session. This gives me an opportunity to understand you, your leadership environment, what you're navigating, where you're feeling stuck, and what you'd like to get out of our work together.

There's no test to pass and no leadership personality you're supposed to become. We're simply getting the lay of the land so our coaching sessions can focus on what will actually be useful to you.

Think of it as giving me the backstory before we start working on the plot.

Then, we get to work.

You'll receive six private 60-minute coaching sessions over 90 days, typically two per month. These aren't canned lessons or predetermined topics. We'll use the situations you're actually encountering as opportunities to strengthen how you communicate, make decisions, navigate difficult conversations, set expectations, build trust, and lead people.
You'll also have limited between-session email support for brief questions, reflections, or follow-up. If something needs a deeper conversation, we'll add it to the agenda for our next coaching session.

Who This Is For

This coaching is designed for leaders who want to get better at the people side of leadership, whether you're stepping into leadership for the first time, navigating a growing or changing team, struggling with difficult conversations and accountability, or you've been leading people for years.

You don't have to be struggling to benefit from coaching, either. Sometimes strong leaders simply need a confidential place to think, challenge their own perspective, and talk through situations with someone who isn't sitting at their conference table.

What This Isn't

This isn't a leadership class with a predetermined curriculum, and it isn't someone handing you a script and telling you exactly what to say.

It's also not a substitute for your company's HR or legal resources. Our work is focused on you as a leader: how you think through situations, communicate, make decisions, build trust, set expectations, navigate challenges, and lead the people around you.

If something crosses into an employee relations, HR, or legal matter, I'll help you recognize when it's time to involve the appropriate resources. If your organization needs hands-on HR support, we can discuss that separately.
