🎯 The role: "Strategy & Special Projects - Analyst"
You will be a core member of the Strategy team, contributing to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives directly for the CEO and COO of Mexico’s fastest-growing retailer (50+ new stores opened every month nationwide). The role combines strategic problem-solving, hands-on analysis, and strong execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
🔍 What you will do:
> Contribute to strategic and special projects with direct exposure to C-level
> Structure ambiguous problems, build data-driven insights, and turn them into clear recommendations
> Drive quantitative analyses (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python preferred) to identify performance drivers and value creation levers
> Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Expansion and Commercial teams to ensure execution
> Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on growth, efficiency, and organizational topics
👀 What we are looking for:
> Studying at a top engineering or business school
> 1 to 2 years of xp in Strategy Consulting (Tier-1), Investment Banking or start-up/scale-up is highly recommended
> Strong knowledge of Excel/PPT; SQL or Python is a plus
> Ability to structure complex problems and work independently
> Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken)
