The Challenge

Build a brand for daily food ordering in any category: breakfast, beverages, desserts, meals, even chaat. Built for delivery on Zomato and Swiggy. Operated out of our cloud kitchen in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. Scalable across India

The Opportunity

India eats only 4 times a month vs 40-50 times in the USA, China, Singapore

India has <10L restaurants, China has 1.2cr

With an increase in disposable income, consumption will increase

Swiggy and Zomato are set to double in size in the next 5 years

Food Delivery is at its nascent stage - Deepinder Goyal

But starting up in food is a challenge

To even start trials, you need a kitchen, equipment, and at least one staff member. That's roughly:

- ₹6L just to rent and setup a kitchen

- ₹3L more for R&D and a chef consultant

- ₹6L of working capital to get to breakeven

plus ~60 days of full-time effort and a looot of luck!
