Hesse Rural health Strategic Plan 2027-2030 - Staff Survey

Thank you for taking the time to contribute to development of Hesse Rural Health’s Strategic Plan 2027–2030.

This survey is designed to gather staff views on Hesse’s future priorities, opportunities and challenges. It is intended for staff who were unable to attend a forum, as well as those who may have additional thoughts after participating in a forum discussion.

Your feedback will be considered alongside staff forums, stakeholder interviews, community feedback, data analysis and document review. Consultation is intended to inform strategic thinking and decision-making. Final decisions regarding the Strategic Plan remain the responsibility of the Board.

This survey should take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.
