Analyst – Investments

BlueGreen VC is seeking a dynamic Analyst to join our Investments Team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with our Founding Partners, engaging in deep analysis, financial modeling, and deal execution across our investment verticals. You will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring high-growth early-stage startups that align with our thesis in Climate & Sustainability, Financial Inclusion, and Consumer Trends. With a hands-on approach, you will gain exposure to deal structuring, due diligence, and portfolio management, while contributing to strategic investment decisions that shape the future of disruptive startups in India.

Manager – Investor Relations

BlueGreen Ventures is looking for a Manager – Investor Relations to lead engagement with our Limited Partners (LPs), institutional investors, and family offices. This role will be responsible for managing investor communications, supporting fundraising efforts, and ensuring transparency in all investor interactions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping how we present our fund’s vision, performance, and impact to the investment community.  The role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential investors, providing regular updates on fund performance and market trends. The Manager will be responsible for crafting investor reports, newsletters, and presentations while also supporting fundraising activities by preparing investment materials and coordinating due diligence processes. 
Additionally, this role will oversee investor events, webinars, and networking opportunities to strengthen engagement with key stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and relationship management skills, preferably with experience in venture capital, private equity, wealth management, or investor relations. A deep understanding of financial reporting and investment structures is essential, along with a detail-oriented approach and a strong execution mindset.
