What is B.I.R.D? Berlin Investment Readiness Driver - Female Edition (B.I.R.D.) is an intensive, curated program helping female-led startups in tech and sustainability become investment-ready. Through hands-on support, mentoring, and investor matchmaking, B.I.R.D. lowers structural barriers to venture capital for women founders in the pre-seed to seed stage.

We’re inviting experienced investors, business angels, and founders who are exited to support our participants with their knowledge, feedback, and perspectives – in breakout sessions, panels or 1:1 mentoring formats between August and September 2025.
