Be Free Campaign Support Hub

Welcome to the Be Free Campaign Riot Response Hub!

Who are we?

We deliver preventative mental health workshops in schools and community organisations across Merseyside to give young people the tools they need to live happier, more fulfilling lives. Together, we can build a world where mental health is recognised as a key

component of overall health, and where everyone has access to the care and support

they need to thrive.

What support can I find here?

We're pulling together our resources to ensure that you get the support that you need. In this hub, you can find relevant local and national services that can help you, and our team of clinicans will be there throughout the process. If the services you access cannot provide the help you need, we can provide in house support such as counselling. This is on a very limited basis so we will help guide you to more specific services initially.

Who is this Hub for?

Due to the recent violence and incitement of hatred across the UK, the country doesn't feel safe for many of us at this moment in time, causing distress and taking a toll on mental health across the population.
We are a small organisation so we're focusing our resources on people of colour and minority communities at risk of trauma from racial attacks. Please only use this virtual support hub if you identify as a person from these groups. The Be Free Campaign supports all intersectionality and will try to ensure everyone receives the help they need. If you don't identify as a person of colour or a minority, please visit our Be Free Help Centre. Our service supports both adults and young people over the age of 13.
If you are currently accessing or on a waiting list for established mental health support through the NHS it is important to note that this service is not a substitute for professional intervention for ongoing mental health issues.
