The 40 Hours Book Project

I am writing an ultimate guide to productivity.
And I will publish it as a book.
The goal is to help my community members break any obstacles that may be affecting their ability to achieve their new year resolution.
So I calling on people who have made some progress with their New Year Resolution
To share what is helping them, so that I can add it to the guide.
This guide is free and the goal is to help as many people as possible have a great year.

You can share changes you made to your daily routine that have helped you become more productive.
You can share books or resources that helped you grow mentally, physically and spiritually
You can share any progress that you have with goal setting and how that has impacted what you do.
You can also share how you are battling social media addiction and how you are using social media to your advantage

Every submission will be used to reinforce the lessons that I will share in the book, and your name will be shown in the credits at the end of the book.
Then I will feature some stories as testimonials to solidify the points within the book if it fully falls within the context of what is in that section.
