We are so excited to hear that you are interested in joining our plant-loving volunteer community!! This opportunity is perfect for you if you love plants, meeting people who love plants, or just want to get a behind-the-scenes experience at PlantCon!

Filling out this form is just step one in volunteering for PlantCon! Once filled out, you will receive an additional email soon with the shift schedules and instructions on how to sign up for a shift and for what city. Shifts are first come, first serve so please keep an eye out for that email and add [email protected] to your contacts to make sure it doesn't go to spam.

Certain volunteer roles involve tasks that may require lifting items up to 35 pounds, standing or walking for extended period and working independently. Volunteers should be comfortable performing these tasks safely and without direct supervision. These duties are essential to the role and are necessary for ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

To ensure the safety of all participants and maintain compliance with our insurance and liability policies, PlantCon requires that all volunteers be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. This policy applies to all PlantCon volunteer program nationwide. PlantCon reserves the right to verify age prior to volunteer placement. We deeply value community engagement and appreciate the interest of younger plant enthusiasts; however, due to safety, supervision, and insurance considerations, we are currently unable to accommodate volunteers under 18 years old.
