We’re expanding our creative team to elevate our visual storytelling and ad performance across digital platforms. We’re looking for a Mid- to Senior-Level Video Editor who understands branding, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
This role blends creativity, strategy, and performance marketing — ideal for an editor who can merge emotion with measurable results.

Role

You’ll be responsible for creating emotionally engaging, conversion-focused video content for the US market, primarily VSLs and UGC-style videos. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to translate Omnis Uomo’ brand essence into compelling stories that drive engagement and sales.

Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-performing videos for ads, landing pages, and social media platforms.
- Develop storylines that build emotional hooks, maintain snappy pacing, and capture attention from start to finish.
- Translate brand personality and product messaging into visual storytelling that connects with male audiences.
- Incorporate motion graphics, AI-assisted video generation tools, and other advanced editing techniques.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align content with campaign goals and conversion metrics.
- Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining quality and consistency

Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years editing for DTC e-commerce brands, ideally in the US market.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong grasp of branding, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
- Highly creative — avoids overreliance on stock footage or templates.
- Performance-driven and focused on metrics like CTR, engagement, and conversion.
- Experience with VSLs, UGC content, and short-form DTC ads. - Nice-to-have: Open-minded, coachable, and driven by a growth mindset.
- Portfolio showcasing DTC ad creatives and storytelling-based video edits.

Technical Requirements:

- Desktop (no laptop) with 2 monitors
- ≥96GB RAM (64GB acceptable if other specs met)
- NVIDIA RTX 4080+ GPU
- ≥2TB SSD
- AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (16-Core, 16GB VRAM) or higher

- Improve creative performance through data-driven iteration.

Communication & Collaboration

- Work directly with our creative team.
- Communicate actively through Slack for approvals, updates, and feedback loops.
- Participate in weekly syncs and performance reviews.

Schedule

- Full-time, flexible schedule (no strict 9-to-5).
- Must overlap at least 4 hours daily (GMT+8) with the creative team.
